Customer/User should read the Terms agreement (and Disclaimer) carefully before viewing this website or purchasing the Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Box. By viewing or using this site, the Customer/User agrees to be bound by this agreement.
All information, services and samples are provided "as is" without any kind of warranty. In no way shall Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that may arise from the use of this site or any of the samples or services obtained through this site.
Customer/User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes from any kind of liability, loss, claim and expense, which includes attorney fees related to your violation of this agreement.
We will not be held responsible for any allergic reactions, serious health problems, or damages that may occur due to the use of any of the products you receive in the sample boxes. All samples that are contributed are the sole property and responsibility of the business that created and/or designed them.
By sending samples, each contributor gives Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes the right to distribute their goods for promotional purposes through the sale of our box. We will not accept contributions that are pornographic, racist, violent, or in any way considered offensive or disrespectful. All samples must be family-friendly and suitable for children 12 years and older. Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes reserves the right to refuse any samples that are deemed inappropriate. Any business that refuses to abide by our terms policy will be turned away. Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes reserves the right to refuse any company for any reason.
We take no responsibility or liability for products damaged or lost during shipping. Claims must be filed with the shipping company. If items are lost in the mail, Sweet Delight cannot take responsibility. Please contact your post office for advice on how you can track the lost package.
Sweet Delight Divalicious Samples Boxes is not responsible for packages after they have left our hands.
We do not accept returns. Sample Boxes can not be returned and money cannot be refunded after purchase.
Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes reserves the right to delay the sale of boxes due to a shortage in samples or lack of enough sign-ups. In this event, box sales will be postponed until a later date. The new date will be announced on the website.
Customers are responsible for however they decide to use their samples. It is their sole responsibility. Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes is not to be held liable. We encourage all customers to use common sense by reading labels and ingredient lists before usage of any/all samples. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular sample product, please contact the company on the label. We are sure that they would be glad to answer any of your inquiries.
Customer/User agrees to provide us with true and accurate identification and up-to-date and complete address information. You agree not to impersonate/use the identity of anyone else.
Your private/personal information is secure with us and will remain confidential. It will NEVER be sold or shared.
Customer/User agrees that he/she is over the age of 18.
Customer/User understands that Sweet Delight Divalicious Sample Boxes reserves the right to change, update or modify our TOS and other website content at any time without prior notice.

To Our Customers/Users - Please Note:
You should always be aware of the ingredients and possible effects of using any product samples. For your own safety, please be sure to read all labels and ingredient lists carefully. It is also important that you know your own specific allergies before using a product (i.e. bath and body).
Please KEEP SAMPLES OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN! The samples are for adult use ONLY and should be stored in a secure location – away from children. Keep samples away from pets too. We care about your furry friends.
DO NOT EAT any of the samples. They are not edible. Some bath and body products may look good enough to eat, but they are NOT for human consumption and may be harmful if ingested.
Some bath and body/candle samples may sweat or melt in warmer climates or change their shape due to excessive heat. Also, there may be items that chip, crumble, or even leak during the shipping process. We always do our best to make sure that your samples arrive safely but sometimes things happen, during shipping, which are beyond our control.
